Emergency Medical Team

Emergency Medical Team in ASEAN setting, regulated in ASEAN SASOP as Emergency medical responses provided by Emergency Medical Teams (EMTs) have a critical role to play in saving lives and reducing mortality and morbidity. To ensure that EMT operations are reliable and trustworthy and their operations meet the needs of the affected populations, concerted and explicit coordination and collaboration among both international and national EMTs directed by the Ministry of Health of the affected country is indispensable.
